Our clinics will focus on the most important part of hockey....skill development. Jan Ludvig, Synergy's Head Coach, and Director of Hockey Player Development comes with years of coaching experience, having worked with the best players in the game.

Jan will incorporate smart, intense training that will include North American and European training styles. Young hockey players can make big improvements if they participate in a smart, comprehensive, intense training program, on and off the ice.

These skills sessions are strategically designed in a way that builds over a multi-week plan and will complement the instruction provided in past sessions. If you were unable to register for these past sessions, no problem! Jan will complete a full skills review during the first session of camp, to ensure that all participants are progressing at the same pace. 

Our programs are1-hour sessions and will be held at Synergy Hockey Training Centre. Registration is now open. The first hockey session will be an assessment of the player's skills and abilities. Players will be placed in groups according to the coach's discretion and may be moved into a group other than the one originally registered for.

These sessions will be run by Jan Ludvig or one of our other Synergy Coaches.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Full Gear is required.
