Immerse yourself in the world of barre in this 20-hour teacher training led by Julianna Curtis, owner of The Energy Barre. 

This comprehensive program combines in-studio immersion with online learning to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a confident and inspiring barre instructor.

Training Dates:

November 15th, 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

November 16th, 11 am - 6 pm

November 17th, 11 am - 6 pm

• All in-person sessions will take place at our Evoke Power studio in Hyannis.

• Program Syllabus: Science behind the movement in barre, anatomy and body structure, building a barre class, sequencing, teaching to music, powerful teaching techniques, trauma-informed leadership, the teacher personality, industry insight, and how to start training. 

• Hands-on experience teaching and receiving feedback

• Comprehensive training manual and digital resources

• Guidance on building your teaching career.

• 20 Hour Training Certificate presented upon completion.
