well-being, and showing up for life. Join Sara for Meditation Made
Easy! This workshop offers a welcoming space where you’ll learn and
practice a variety of simple techniques that you can easily
incorporate into your daily routine, both on and off the yoga mat.
These include:

We’ll also explore the science behind
meditation in an accessible, real-life way.
The workshop will feature a mix of lecture, discussion, and
practical exercises, including a Yoga Nidra session. Feel free to
bring a journal if you'd like to take notes.

to help you return to a place of peace anytime, any day, empowering
you to live a more mindful, conscious, and healthy life.
