Join Ashley Powers for a 60-minute Somatic Breathwork Journey. Somatic Breathwork is an embodiment experience that takes you out of your thinking mind and into your body. During this Breathwork journey, we will release the old and invite new energy for growth and transformation. It is a time to set intentions, to envision the life we desire, and to take inspired action towards manifesting our dreams. All breathers are welcome, whether experienced or new. Please feel free to bring your yoga mat, crystals, eye mask, and journal. Let’s release what no longer serves us and make space for what we desire.

Ashley Powers has been an RN for 18 years and started her personal healing journey about 2 years ago after realizing that she wanted to serve people in a more holistic manner. In 2023, she became a Holistic Nurse Coach and started a business, Ashley M. Powers Coaching, LLC. She is Level 2 Reiki certified and received certification as a Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator. Her mission is to empower her clients to reconnect to themselves and their purpose, allowing them to live an aligned and fulfilling life.
