“Healing Hands of Nature” Women's Retreat at North Star Ridge - Cayuga, Indiana is a full nature immersion. Connecting with nature is one of the best ways to heal your body, your mind and your heart. Spending time in nature can reduce stress, boost creativity, improve sleep as well as boost your overall wellbeing. We hope you consider spending the weekend with us as we are very excited to offer this one of a kind retreat.

North Star Ridge is 65 acres of private owned land. The land has been dedicated to hosting events, gatherings and retreats with the goal of healing and transforming. We are so grateful to be able to use this land. This retreat is for the ladies and tent camping only. If you don't have a tent or concerned with sleeping in a tent, we are here to help. 10 Guest minimum and 20 guest maximum.

What the Retreat Includes: Clean water, Tea, Coffee, Vegetarian Breakfast, Lunch and 2 Dinners, Snacks throughout the day, 6 Group healing modalities, 65 Acres of woods to roam, a Creek to play in, Community, Rest ~ Private Reiki, Massage & Sound Bath will be available at an additional fee.

What the Retreat does Not include: Accommodations - due to the “nature” of this retreat, tent camping or hammocks are permitted. If you don't have a tent/hammock, we are here to help. Private bathroom; the land has a community compost toilet and wash station. There is no shower, but creek bathing is allowed with all natural wash products. 

Retreat Stipulations: Must be 18+ in order to attend. Alcohol and recreational drugs are a liability and NOT allowed. This is a safe space for people to share and heal;  please come with an open mind and heart, keeping things private. Politics will not be tolerated. 

Please bring a yoga mat or large beach towel, refillable water bottle, thermal mug, tent or hammock, air mattress/sleeping pad, sleeping bag, pillow/blanket, water shoes, closed toe shoes/sandals, journal, pen, sunscreen, bug spray, basic toiletries; body wipes, dry shampoo, natural soaps if creek bathing, flashlight, camp chair.

Optional: a personal cooler with snacks/drinks
