Join Annelie and Ashley for a One Day Retreat in Ojai Sunday the 6th of October. We are hosted by “Move Sanctuary” - an amazing little Yoga Studio in the heart of Ojai.

We start our day with a hike in one of many trails in the hills around Ojai. Then we meet up at the Move Sanctuary Yoga studio for: 

- Yoga Flow class.

A break for lunch and socializing, and then meeting back up at the Studio for:

- Cacao Ceremony

- Yin Yoga and Nidra (a guided progressive Realxation technique)

- Soundbath with 1:1  Reiki.

The event will run from 10:00AM to 5:30PM

Dress comfortably and wear shoes good for hiking. If you like, bring a change of clothes for the Yoga. Bring water, journal and pen.
