When your Solar Plexus is out of alignment, digestive issues can arise. This misalignment can manifest in your physical body in a variety of ways, including improper processing of nutrients, constipation, aggression, anger, neediness and so much more.  In the third Chakra Workshop, we'll be taking a deep dive into your navel chakra to understand the importance of confidence without ego, courage without fear and harnessing our self-worth.

Unlike other workshops, I will also give you a Super Power, another holistic modality called EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique. EFT is a scientifically and clinically proven mind- body modality that works with your nervous system to turn down the stress response. Thus empowering you to free your Chakras from blocked negative emotions (energy-in-motion), leading you to well-being.
