Breathwork, or pranayama, is an ancient practice that focuses on consciously regulating the ways in which you breathe as a therapeutic technique, offering both physical and emotional benefits. It is a powerful tool to completely shift your energy and state of mind. During this workshop we will focus on different methods of breathwork, each with their own objective of connecting to a specific need such as physical relaxation, mental focus, regulating the nervous system, or energizing the mind and body. Our breath is always available to us and breathing mindfully is a natural way in which our life force energy can be sustained and enhanced.
