A bit more about your host; Ash

Ash is an accomplished event curator and manager with an attuned ability to read a room in order to cultivate and hold space. With a long list of qualifications in incredibly diverse areas of interest such as Yoga, Meditation, Business Management, Community building, Art, Permaculture, Television and Touring Production Management. For as long as she can remember Ash has been moving her body freely to music as her chosen method of healing, tapping into her bodies intuition to release stagnant energy and process emotions. Ash has no background in choreography because she doesn't enjoy being told how to move and believes that there is power in connecting to our internal guidance system.

Ash's motivation behind hosting these events is to hold participants in a safe space with the opportunity to connect to themselves through their own intuitive movement.

Ash recentley brought the leaders of the local wellness industry together by curating 5hr long (sold out) collaborative events through her other passion project @the.re.connect
Ash also used to create events under the name “Dance to Express, not to impress”, which has evolved to become @sage.and.lasers
