Beginning aerial silks is a cohesive 8 week course designed for absolute beginners.  We will progress in skill and difficulty on a weekly basis.  Be prepared to try hard with a great attitude.  We recommend wearing leggings and a form fitting tank or leotard. Please no shorts, as this can cause painful fabric burns on the legs.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to class, with a water bottle, and hair pulled back!  We are excited to fly with you!
