Description: Calling all pole dancers (open to all levels) even if this would be your first pole class this is definitely beginner friendly! Join Mimi as she will be tapping into our sensual side with the help of a partner to bring us to our fullest potential. This doubles workshop will give you a partner whether you come by yourselves or with a friend; everyone will be assigned a partner by Mimi.

6:00- ICE BREAKER

6:10- QUICK 5 MIN WARM UP

6:15- PARTNERS ASSIGNED TO BEGIN

6:45- RECORD 1ST HALF

6:55- BONUS ENDING MOVE

7:20- RECORD BONUS ENDING MOVE

7:30- THATS A WRAP

End Accomplishment:

-Established comfort with everyone apart of the workshop; community

-Gained a new sense of confidence

-Learned 8 Beginner Moves that can be done with a partner
