This is a smooth, hypnotic flow with “Slinky Skates & Glides,” a sensual class that combines skating-inspired glides with fluid, slinky transitions. Perfect for all levels, this class explores the art of controlled movement with a focus on graceful pirouettes, spinny pivots, and floaty pole transitions. We'll use pole skates to enhance your flow, making each movement feel seamless and slithery.

This class is all levels-friendly and will guide you through progressions to ensure everyone can feel confident and sexy while moving effortlessly around the pole.

I'm taking you on a seductive journey in this class, where you'll dive into the basics of lap dance and chair flow. We'll work through slow, controlled body waves, teasing leg sweeps, and sexy chair tricks that will have you feeling irresistible. You’ll learn how to straddle the chair, glide effortlessly between floorwork and pole, and put together a sultry routine with confidence <3

Perfect for all levels, this class is all about flow, self-expression, and tapping into your inner seductress. Heels are welcome but totally optional as we build confidence. Come ready to have fun and get in touch with your sexy side!
