Sessions will be 90 minutes in length!
Sessions at OLR will start at 5pm with the latest session starting at 8:30pm

Overview
AGE RANGE 8+. YOU WILL GROUPED BASED ON AGE AND SKILL LEVEL . The OLR ELITE Off-Season program Block 2 is a 13-week developmental program designed to provide athletes with high-level coaching and development. Athletes will access the top training facility in Nova Scotia and highly trained and certified coaches.
Disclaimer:
Please be aware that any missed days during this period will not be
rescheduled or compensated at a later date. We encourage you to
make yourself available for you scheduled sessions as this program
is created to fit within these time perameters, missing days may
lead towards poor results. We also encourage all athletes to
actively participate and engage on the designated days to make the
most of this experience. We at OLR will do our best to make up any
times missed due to facility closures, your understanding is
appreciated, and we hope you enjoy the journey ahead.
