Unlock Your Potential Workshop with Q

Learn ways to unlock your body's potential to work more efficiently, perform better and heal itself. In this workshop we will uncover and practice time honored techniques that are accessible to everyone and are surprisingly simple.

Our day will begin with a 60 minute Bikram yoga class. We will then have a short lecture that explains the techniques we will be practicing and digs a little into the science behind how they work within the body. Next will be a guided breathwork session, and a dip in an ice bath! 

*Participants are welcome to opt out of any part of the class that they are not comfortable with!

*Bring changes of clothes! And shoes that you can easily slide on and off. 

Full Workshop: $75 (includes mats and towels for the day)

Quenton Lindstrom, Q to most people, is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) credentialed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also a E-500 hr. Registered Yoga Teacher (500 RYT) and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). In 2022 Q and his wife Alena founded Spirit Lab Yoga Studio to serve as a soulful alternative to corporate yoga studio

Q’s journey began as an athlete that has competed nationally and internationally. At this point in life he believes that his true calling is to teach and serve others and help them reach new potential. In his over 20 years career Q has been able to use his experience to benefit others in a variety of applications ranging from corrective exercise and injury prevention/rehabilitation in a therapeutic setting, to preparing elite level athletes for competition.

11a Yoga Practice will be on the 4th Floor. After the break we will meet on the 3rd floor for the lecture and breathwork.
