Energy Anatomy of the Original Hot Yoga (26+2)

Join Rose Erin Vaughan and Alena Wertalik in this one-of-a-kind training. Learn how knowledge of the “Energy Anatomy” and myofascial pathways can enhance and illuminate the magical 26 posture hot yoga sequence.

Original Hot Yoga (aka Bikram Yoga) has healed countless practitioners of injuries and conditions, whether physical, mental, or emotional. This training will deepen your understanding of your own self and your steps to healing through the lens of energy/meridian pathways.  We will learn all 12 Energy Lines and their corresponding organs and emotions as we breakdown and workshop each part pf this sequence.  Each evening, we will put it all together in a Traditional Hot Yoga class with special Energy based cues.

November 9th to 11th & 16th to 17th

9am to 7pm (Monday 11/11 ends at 4pm)

*These hours can be applied towards any of our teacher training certifications
(Spirit Lab Yoga or SOS 200-Hr or Advanced Teacher Certification)
or towards Yoga Alliance CE hours.
