Balancing the Doshas: daily practices to nourish and support the mind, body and being
This workshop offers an Ayurveda lens to self-care with special emphasis on how to nourish the body’s systems during the fall season when Vata (change and movement) is at its peak.
In this workshop, participants will learn specific self-care routines that support healthy body systems, practice strategies to recenter and balance the doshas, and participate in a restorative meditation for the mindbody.
As part of this workshop, participants will take a dosha quiz to better understand their constitution in order learn how to adjust their self-care routine to balance their dosha. Participants will also receive a self-care starter kit to take home.
