We will guide you through a series of our most common exercises, showing you how to maintain the correct alignment whilst avoiding common mistakes. We will explain some of our commonly used verbal cues, helping you build a solid foundation of Pilates knowledge. You'll discover how proper alignment enhances the effectiveness of each exercise and how precise technique elevates your overall practice.
