Join Michele and Marie for a fun and relaxing Sunday at Mati! This special event combines movement, mindfulness, and creativity for kids of all ages.

We'll begin by settling in with deep breaths before exploring playful, kid-friendly yoga poses and a cool visualization exercise. After our yoga adventure, we'll dive into a hands-on craft session! Younger participants will have a unique craft just for them, while older kids can enjoy an engaging project designed just for their age group.

Price: $30 for family up to 3

Additional $5 per each additoinal family member - paid for on the day of the event.

More about our Facilitators: Michele has been a dedicated Kindergarten teacher in Sutton Public Schools for 20 years, bringing her expertise in early childhood education and a passion for student well-being into the classroom. After earning her RYT-200 certification with Breathe for Change in 2019, she began integrating breathwork, mindfulness, and yoga into her daily teaching, empowering young learners with essential self-regulation skills. Currently pursuing a degree in Counseling Psychology, Michele is expanding her impact by blending education and mental health to support students and educators alike. 

Marie is a registered yoga teacher (500hr) with over 1000 hours of teaching experience. Combining a background in behavioral health as an activity therapist (since 2018), Marie brings expertise in mindfulness, mindful movement, creative expression, and music to her classes. With a passion for working with children, experience includes leading kids yoga classes with live accordion music, mountain bike instruction at an Olympic facility in the Adirondacks, and after-school cycling programs. Marie also runs a small art studio, exploring a variety of mixed media.
