This yoga class will be for all levels, so no experience is necessary. We will warm up our bodies with an easy flow and finish with a peaceful relaxation. After class is finished, you can explore the beautiful spring flowers growing at the greenhouse while drinking some wine. All participants will go home with their own succulent plant, courtesy of Souba’s.

Please bring water to drink, a yoga mat if you have one, and a towel to place under your mat.  We will have extra mats on hand for those who don’t have their own.

This event will be held at Souba’s Greenhouse on Sunday, March 23 at 12:00 pm. The cost is $20 per person. This will be a great way to kick off Spring!
