During this class you will lie down on your mat while the beautiful sounds of the gong
bring you into a meditative state. Regenerating the parasympathetic nervous system,
gong baths slow the body down, sending out calming feelings so that the body and mind
has time to repair itself. It strengthens the immune system as the body repairs itself in a
relaxed state. An opportunity to attune our mind, body & spirit to the changing season.
