Relaxation at its best!

Join us for an all-levels yoga class at Foremost Brewing, and then enjoy a delicious beer, mimosa or non-alcoholic seltzer water after class. Whether you love beer/mimosas/seltzer, yoga, or if you’ve never tried either before - this class is for everyone!

Stephanie Hanson from VIBES will guide you through an easy 40-minute yoga class where we will stretch our bodies.

Afterwards, Foremost will provide us with a beer, mimosa or non-alcoholic seltzer water of your choice.

 

This event will be on Sunday September 29 at 10:30 am at Foremost Brewing in Owatonna, MN.

The cost is $25, which includes the yoga class and a beer/mimosa or seltzer water.
