Sept 27th at 7pm, Join Kenny Kolter, Rachel Dawson and Ashley Olsberg for a sound healing, reiki and restorative session. This session includes numerous sound healing techniques from gongs and tibetan singing bowls to crystal singing bowls. We will also offer you reiki and restorative yoga poses. You are welcome to follow along with the restorative poses or opt for savasana the entire session.
