  - Unlimited Yoga and Meditation Classes

  - 6 Comprehensive Nutrition Classes

Pricing:

- Members: $129 or $99 Early Bird

- Non-Members: $269 or $249 early Bird

  Challenge Completion:

To successfully complete the challenge, you'll need to:

• Attend a total of 12 Meditation Classes

• Participate in 18 Yoga Classes

• Attend all 6 Nutrition Classes

Upon successfully completing the 6-Week Yoga and Wellness Challenge, you'll be rewarded with:

$30 Studio Credit: Treat yourself to any new classes, private sessions or upcoming workshops on the schedule.

Ayurveda Session with Brynn (Valued at $250): Experience the ancient healing wisdom of Ayurveda with Brynn, our resident expert. This personalized session will help you understand your unique constitution and offer guidance on optimizing your health and well-being.

Weekly Nutrition Classes 30 minutes: Mondays at Noon Online only. If you are unable to participate nutrition classes live, you can watch the recording and send Brynn a detailed email with the main nutritional points from class.
