We gather deep in the woods at the breathtaking Vicki Tree Wellness. A very special space that offers the freedom to feel into our own inner wisdom, embodiment, and natural rhythms. This month will be indoors. Next month will be outdoors on Forest Plank. 

The new moon is more than a symbol—it’s a natural rhythm that, when understood, helps us move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and ease. Together, we’ll explore:

Her knowledge expands into the realm of heart centered practices and she is a certified personal trainer, 500hr YYT certified yoga instructor, mindfulness coach and meditation facilitator,  a celebrated public speaker, presenter and host of transformational retreat experiences across the globe.
