VALENTINE'S DAY COUPLES FUSION

Enjoy this two hour speciality class of a “fusion” of Vicki Tree's favorite offerings with your special someone. This COUPLES experience will include:

30 min Gentle Happy Hips deep release movement on your back/seated
80 min Hot Stone Relaxation + RESTORE
10 min Meditation
Sound Bath Immersion weaved into all of the above by MJ Crawford
Two instructors to ensure maximum attention to detail

Celebrate your CONNECTION to your VALENTINE with the gift of time together unwinding, as you are guided through a thoughful PAUSE to reset.

Enjoy some Happy Hips, Hot Stone, Sound Baths and meditation, allowing you to find stillness in the mind. Class will begin with soft gentle stretches (for everyBODY and gender) that will allow you to be ready to receive for the Hot Stone poriton. You will be placed in restorative postures and a layering on and off of hot stones, blankets and extras. We will finish with a soft meditation. During this process, we will weave a sound immersions, peppered throughout, allowing the vibrations to radiate through your body.

There is NO need to have experience with yoga. Class is designed for all bodies and minds (inflexible, active mind, relaxed, hyper or new to Vicki Tree). It all works!

Investment: $80 each - ($160 per pair)

Please bring a pillow case (king or regular size) for the provided bolsters.

There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers for any cancellations 2 week from date of class. The instructors and the space are booked well in advance. Given these type of classes fill up quickly at time of release, many people subsequently make other plans, thus making it difficult to fill the spot with late cancellations (that would have otherwise be filled).
