Please Bring:

• A yoga mat (there are lots of mats available on site, so no worries if you do not have one!)
• Dress in clothing you can move in and in layers to adapt to your bodies changing temperature as we move
• A water bottle
• Excitement for visiting this space and learning about the opportunity to go deeper in your yoga practice, whether you want to teach or not!
