Join us to embark on a journey that will connect you with your ancestors through dance and sound.

We will start with a beautiful cacao ceremony to help open the mind and loosen the body.
After the ceremony we will move to the dance floor and partake in a short period of movement to awaken the body before we dance.
After we warm up our bodies we will start our ecstatic dance. As you dance you will be lead into a guided meditative journey connecting you to your ancestors.
When the journey is done you will lay down to enjoy a beautiful sound bath.

Bring yoga mat, water bottle and pillow if you’d like for the sound journey
