What is Russian Bar?
Russian bar is a unique and exciting acrobatic apparatus used in circus performances. It involves a flexible, narrow, and spring-loaded platform, often made of fiberglass or other materials, that is used to propel acrobats into the air, enabling them to perform intricate flips, twists, and other dynamic maneuvers.

A Russian Bar  team consists of three performers: two “porters” and one “flyer.” The porters stand on either end of the bar and are responsible for holding and maneuvering the bar, while the flyer performs aerial tricks and flips.
