At Coast Flow Yoga, we invite your little ones aged 4-6 to discover their bodies through a fun-filled program! Our age-appropriate activities include ground gymnastics, aerial hammock, and yoga. Through stretching, breathing exercises, and exciting games, kids will develop body awareness, strength, and balance. Our expert instructors ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, nurturing their physical and mental growth. Our cancellation policy for our kids series is a 3 week notice for a full credit on your coast flow account, or a refund to your credit card minus a $20 admin fee. Please note that we do not accept cancelations with less than three weeks notice. If you cancel less than three weeks before the start of the session, you will not get a refund.
