Celebrate the winter solstice, join Shayna & Megan for a 90 minute Restorative & Reiki !

Embrace the longest night of the year, allowing time to relax and restore, letting go of the fall season and preparing for the winter.

Class will begin with guided meditation and intention setting, then drop into a hands on restorative practice, where Megan will share the power of Reiki with you to help realign chakras, preparing you for time to rest and reset the body.

Make sure to dress in warm, comfy clothes and bring a blanket and water.
