Join Anna Vidal for an immersive chakra sound bath using metal Tibetan sound bowls from India for a deeply meditative and soothing experience. For this workshop, we will focus on the third eye and crown chakras.

We’ll discuss the benefits of sound healing followed by breath work to allow your body to drop in. We will end with a long, comfortable savasana (with hands-on-adjustments & essential oils) to relax and soak in the sound.

Bring a yoga mat and any comfortable props to enhance your experience.
