Come learn adaptable touch techniques from the Thai healing tradition that you can share with your loved one! In this workshop, we will practice giving and receiving assisted stretches and compressions using the hands, feet, knees, forearms, etc., where comfort is emphasized for both giver and receiver.

Thai massage is the folk bodywork of Thailand and is received fully-clothed on a futon-like mat on the floor, so be sure to wear cozy attire in which you can stretch and move around easily! Expect a fun and enjoyable experience with your partner.
