Come take a journey with Cassandra from Sharp Soul. This  members only sound session will get you nice and rejuvenated for your weekend ahead. We will start the session off with breathwork, emf tapping, and end with a sound bath meditation. Sound bowls are one of the strongest instruments for healing. They are an ancient form of transformation and have been around for longer than 6000 years. The frequencies of the bowls will help to align you as well as relieve stress, tension, and trauma.
