Join Lisa Longo and Matt Seifert and unlock the strength, balance, and confidence needed to take flight in this 90-minute arm balance workshop! Designed for all levels, this session will break down the foundations of arm balancing, helping you build stability, engage the core, and refine technique.
What to Expect:
• Warm-Up & Preparation: Begin with a dynamic flow to awaken the body, open the shoulders, strengthen the wrists, and activate the core.
• Alignment & Technique: Learn the key principles of arm balancing, including weight distribution, engagement, and safe transitions.
• Drills & Progressions: Explore preparatory exercises to develop strength, flexibility, and muscle memory for a variety of arm balances.
• Pose Breakdown & Practice: Work through poses such as Crow (Bakasana), Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana), Flying Pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana), and more, with modifications and variations for all levels.
• Mindset & Breathwork: Overcome fear, build confidence, and cultivate focus through breath and mindfulness techniques.
• Cool Down & Integration: End with stretches and relaxation to release tension and restore balance.
