This specific session is an introductory group meeting for Virginia's 7-Day Cleanse and Detox Flow. This is free of charge to see if this is something you would like to invest in! Details of the program are shown below but will be gone over in more detail in this group meeting. All questions will be answered as well.

Join Virginia Comignaghi for a 7-day whole food cleanse program, which is based on, but not exclusive to, the Baron Baptiste Cleanse – Feel re-energized and re-vitalized in just one week. Unlike other cleanses: supplements, vitamins, and shakes are NOT a part of this program. The only thing you will be purchasing is food to eat from your choice of grocery store!

Virginia will be supporting you the entire step of the way. She is incredibly skilled in Holistic Wellness programs, having supervised a high volume wellness department as well as assisted a Board Certified Naturopath in guiding patients through numerous personalized health improvement programs over the course of twelve years. Given her extensive experience, Virginia is particularly excited to share all of her Holistic Wellness wisdom with the PeaceCore community.

Prior to the 7 day cleanse program, Virginia is offering an introductory group consultation in the
studio one week before the wellness journey begins. This group meeting is mandatory in order to participate in the cleanse program. At that time, everyone will receive a packet with all the details of the program: a simple 7 day whole food plan, food/exercise journaling worksheets, and a mixture of detoxifying home remedies. Virginia does allow for personal/virtual meetups if you are wanting to participate in the cleanse, but unable to make that date.

Virginia has her own public YouTube channel which demonstrates these remedies, cleansing breath exercises, and short dynamic yoga flows that encourage toxin release throughout the systems of your body. An end of cleanse group meeting will be offered in the studio to review post-purification strategies. This will be detailed in a take home handout for maintaining optimal health moving forward. FaceTime calls or one-on-one meetups with Virginia will be offered by appointment as needed. Calls, texts, and emails will be accepted and answered at any time for all of your questions and concerns.

After completing the cleanse, you will have the opportunity to invest in Virginia’s very popular two hour Detox flow in the studio (priced separately). You can also choose to just attend the Detox flow by itself.
