Guided by healing hands and crystal sound bowls you will be able to indulge yourself into a deep and restful practice that will restore and relax your body and mind. 

This event will be loaded with hands on assists, light massages, crystal sound bowl sound bath, restorative and yin asanas, and aromatherapy. The event will conclude with tea and light food in the lobby with the community.
