Are you ready to embark on your pole journey? We designed the Pole 1 Series to meet the needs of brand new pole students like you!

By learning grounding skills first, you will build strength while exploring pole technique. We'll guide you through classic pole spins, floorwork, and transitions. As well as the technique and conditioning for climbing the pole! As you learn more skills your instucrtor will lead you in combos and choreography.

There are no prerequisites, just a willingness to show up and give it your best!

Recommended attire: A sports top/tshirt, and leggings/shorts/pole bottoms. Kneepads and socks are optional.
