We’ll be staying at a breathtaking home nestled at the heart of Sedona. Imagine waking up to the sound of a nearby creek, surrounded by lush greenery, and stepping outside to iconic views of Cathedral Rock.

This retreat is intimate and limited to just 10 women, ensuring a deeply personal and supportive experience.

Retreat starts Thursday, Ma 6 check-in will be at noon lunch will be served between 1-1:30pm

Retreat ends Sunday, March 9 at noon.

Bring your:

yoga mat, blanket, hiking shoes, Sunscreen and a hat.
