Welcome to a NEW program at RDPA for students wanting to compete pole, heels or lyra! at PSO in Vancouver on May 3rd-4th 2025, Circo Festival April 25-27th, or Chromegeddon June 27th 2025. *For anyone planning on competing in Circo Festival April 25-27th, the last week of the program will have an adjusted day to align better for this competition. For any student wanting to compete in a different competition, RDPA can accomodate your competition as well.

Requirements: All students wanting to join this competition program must continue to take their level technique training, and fitness classes each week (flexibility & strengthening), as well as their planned rest days. Minimum of 8 classes at RDPA per month. 

What's Included:

• Focus on a competition topic each 40-60 minute class: Week 1: Scheduling, Routine mapping & Music Selection, Week 2: Concept & Musicality, Week 3: Category Finalization & Signup  lines and facials, Week 4: Music Editing, Costume and Props, Week 5: Facials and Lines, Week 6: Move technique, Week 7: Dress Rehearsal, Week 8: Required Changes and last run-through's with Celebratory Party.
• Immediate feedback from Instructor each class
• Working on goal moves/power moves during week 1-5 with instructor assistance and feedback
• Dress Rehearsal Day

Missed program classes are available to be made-up at instructor discretion.
