Come share an evening with Angela De Nigro and explore an all level friendly Acroyoga class. No experience needed.

We will discuss safety, consent, and explore playful and safe movement in groups of 3 or more.

 

In this class you will learn 3 roles of Acroyoga
1. Spotter
2. Base
3. Flier

 

After the active part of class we will slow it down and end on therapeutic postures for both the base and flier roles.

Angela's goal is that everyone leaves class feeling pleased with their experience and relaxed.

 

If you practice Acroyoga or if you've always wanted to try this wonderful practice you are welcome to join us. Acroyoga is a combination of acrobatics and yoga performed between two (or more) partners. One partner is the base while the other is the flyer. The base supports the flyer in a series of movements that combine balance, strength and acrobatics. The 3rd part of the group, Spotter, helps guide the flow and aids in safety and comfort.
You have the ability to play all roles in Acroyoga!
