This 6-week course is designed
to help you build confidence and skill in using kettlebells. We'll
start by learning how to incorporate kettlebells into fundamental
exercises like curls, presses, squats, and deadlifts before
progressing to dynamic and combination movements in later
sessions.
Beyond technique, this course is all about moving & grooving
with each other—because working out together just hits
different!
Each 90-minute class will dedicate the first 45-60 minutes to skill
and technique development, followed by a circuit-style workout to
reinforce what we've learned.
This course is perfect for everyone, from beginners to seasoned gym
rat. The small group setting and extended class time allow for
personalized modifications, progressions, and regressions to meet
you where you're at.
When: Thursdays, April 3rd - May
8th /5:30-7pm (6 x 90-minute classes).
Cost: Introductory rate $240.00 + GST per person.

Cancellation Policy and Gym Information
Bops & Bells is a six-week course held on consecutive Thursdays
from April 3rd- May 8th, inclusive. Payment in full secures and
confirms your registration.
Once payment has been received, you may cancel until 48 hours prior
to start of the course/workshop. After 48 hours, no refunds will be
given, but a credit note for the dollar value of the course will be
issued (applicable to any future Witness the Fitness course offered
of the same value) as long as this is communicated 24 hours prior
to the course starting. You may withdraw from a course after the
first session, but no later than the second session in order to
receive a WTF credit for the pro-rated value of the remaining
sessions, unless full withdrawal is necessary for a documented
medical reason. No credits, refunds, or make-up classes will be
issued for any missed sessions within a multiple session course or
workshop. If WTF/you trainer needs to cancel a course/workshop, a
full or pro-rated refund will be offered.
