Are you a WTF Women’s Weightlifting 101 graduate, or a lifter with some barbell experience looking to refresh and develop your skills? Then 202 is the course for you!
Open to all women (cis and trans), femmes, and non-binary folks comfortable in a woman-centred space, this series will help you improve your squat, deadlift, and bench press, and much more!
Led by experienced personal trainer Jenn Farrell, these small-group (maximum 10 students), 120-minute classes will ensure you have lots of time for lifting and asking questions, as well as meeting new workout buddies in a fun and supportive setting.
What you will learn:
- adding weight to your deadlift, squat, and bench press with safety and confidence
- form and technique tips to lift safer and stronger
- creating your ideal training schedule and programming for your goals
- using effective breathing, bracing, and belts
- implementing effective recovery and mobility strategies for a lifetime of lifting
Prerequisites: This series is open to students who have completed WW 101, or to those who are comfortable with the barbell and understand the basics of the bench press, deadlift, and squat. Never lifted before? You’ll want Women’s Weightlifting 101, running February 13th - March 20th 2025!
When: Thursdays, April 3rd – May 8th - 5:30-7:30pm (6 x 120-minute classes).

Cancellation Policy and Gym Information
Women’s Weightlifting 202 is a six-week course held on consecutive Thursdays from April 3rd- May 8th, 2025, inclusive. Payment in full secures and confirms your registration.
Once payment has been received, you may cancel until 48 hours prior to start of the course/workshop. After 48 hours, no refunds will be given, but a credit note for the dollar value of the course will be issued (applicable to any future Witness the Fitness course offered by Jenn Farrell) as long as this is communicated 24 hours prior to the course starting. You may withdraw from a course after the first session, but no later than the second session in order to receive a WTF credit for the pro-rated value of the remaining sessions, unless full withdrawal is necessary for a documented medical reason. No credits, refunds, or make-up classes will be issued for any missed sessions within a multiple session course or workshop. If WTF/Jenn Farrell needs to cancel a course/workshop, a full or pro-rated refund will be offered.
