As the winter season continues, it is common to feel a sense of disheartenment and sadness, known as the winter blues or seasonal affective disorder (SAD). Yogic movement, breathwork and meditation can offer support for these symptoms.*
Join our beloved Kirsten in this 2 hour workshop, where you can expect to learn asana poses to support your nervous system and improve circulation, a pranayama (yogic art of breathing) practice to balance your mind and body, and be guided through a meditation to ground your being and invite in calm contentment.

Special Instructions
This workshop is open to all levels of experience with yoga; asana, pranayama, and meditation.
Dress comfortably in clothing you can move in.
Props are provided, however feel free to bring your own comfort items, socks, light blanket or throw, or warm layers.
The room with be set to a comfortable warm temperature.
