Mental layer: Stilling fluctuations of our minds 
In this workshop we move to our mental experience and explore the yogic models of the mind and how they both align with and converge from Western medicine’s diagnostic model of mental health conditions. We will explore ways of supporting the mind to gravitate back towards its naturally peaceful state and discuss why this can be such a challenge! We’ll learn practices that we can do in the moment when anxiety or worry take over, as well as things we can do on a regular basis to create more spaciousness and peace within our minds.
