BUTT STUFF! 

In this fantASStic workshop we will go over the concepts/strategies of training your glutes.  Learn the proper movement & anatomy in order to most efficiently work your butt.  Each workout will include a short anatomy/physiology/positioning component followed by a thorough booty workout where we'll implement all the concepts we learned.
