Junior Paws is a boxing class designed for young boxers aged 10 to 12, where they are introduced to the fundamentals of boxing in an engaging and enjoyable manner. The class focuses on teaching proper technique, footwork, and punches, while also instilling values such as discipline and confidence. As students progress and master the basics, they have the opportunity to spar with the coach's and parent's consent. This 45-minute class provides a great workout for kids while equipping them with important skills that can be applied in and out of the boxing ring.
