In this empowering workshop, Raya Horcher and Rachael Santos invite you to deepen your understanding of the nervous system and learn how to cultivate a sense of calm from within.
Through guided discussion and practice, you’ll explore:

- Practical tools to regulate your nervous system with ease.
- Techniques for transitioning through different emotional and physical states with balance.
