Winter calls us inward and that is exactly where breathwork and cacao bring us.  We go within ourselves to reflect on where we have been and more importantly where we are now.  Such introspection may bring hope, joy, peace, or enthusiasm to the surface… or it may shine light on discomfort, fear, anxiety, or grief.  Sometimes it brings a mixture of all these feelings.  Wherever you are on your journey, you are worthy of love and you can access it now. Are you open to soothing your soul with radical acceptance?  Are you open to nourishing your soul with divine love?

The energy of each season puts us in touch with our natural cycles.  Here, in the winter, we can go deeply within to sit with ourselves – our feelings, dreams, wounds, gifts, obstacles, etc. In the stillness, we can nourish our soul and free our spirit.  Be not afraid of what lies beneath the surface.  In this space, you are free and safe to be in touch with every part of you.  Here, you are supported in unconditionally loving yourself, just as you are now.

In this safe container, held by Beau Bowker (breathwork guide, Reiki master, cacao ceremonialist), you will find the space to release what is blocking your best life, and open your heart to feel all the love, peace, and joy that is always available to you.

Through community, meditation, cacao ceremony, breathwork, and the opportunity to share and journal for integration, we will release what no longer serves us, letting go of dense energies and heavy emotions such as fear, anxiety, stress, grief, doubt, worry, and depression and fill up with love, peace, gratitude, joy, inner-freedom, wholeness, and wellness.

For those new to cacao and/or breathwork, we welcome you to try something safe, supportive, and new.  Cacao is a chocolate-y, divine and delicious superfood, served as a warm drink, and used for thousands of years in sacred ceremonies by indigenous cultures of Central America.  The style of breathwork (pranayama) we will experience is an active meditation that uses the breath to unlock our physical and emotional bodies to dive into a spiritual experience of the Self.
