Offsite event at 18101 Polish Town Road, Barhamsville Road. This is a 75 minute Yoga class under a 200 year oak tree. The grounds will open 30 minutes prior to class time for meditation and Forest Bathing (walking meditation through the woods). This is an all levels class. We recommend you bring yoga mats and warm clothing for Savasana. All are welcome.
