Are you expectant parent? This is a great chance for expecting parents to learn about the wonderful world of natural childbirth & the technique of using self-hypnosis. You will learn how to use self-hypnosis to stay in the birthing zone during labor.  Your partner, family member or birth worker will learn how to hypnotize you and keep you relaxed during the birth. Hypnotherapy decreases the length of labor and the sensations in your body. Consistent practice of the skills you learn in class can significantly improve how you feel and experience the birthing process.  Hypnotherapy can also be used with medical procedures to stop a cascade of interventions and support optimal outcomes. 

 

You're encouraged to attend the classes with your partner, family member, birth worker, however you may also attend solo. You will receive 1 book and 1 binder with this program. You will also receive a set of audio hypnotherapy recordings to use through your pregnancy, labor, birth and the postnatal period.
